According to Dell 'Ubuntu is safer than Microsoft® Windows®'
Ok, so this is something Linux users have known for years, but it's nice when you read that a huge company like Dell says it as well!
I have to say I am really impressed that Dell actually have the balls to make a statement like this.
I'm just not sure how Microsoft will feel about this, it will be interesting to see if Microsoft put pressure on Dell and how long it will actually stay on their site.
So just in case it does get taken down, I've taken some screenshots:
So not only is the statement Ubuntu is safer than Microsoft® Windows® correct, but Dell also spell out the benefits of Ubuntu Linux and what it can and cannot do in a easy to read format.
Good work Dell, and well done to everybody who has and continues to make Ubuntu and Linux what it is.
